5 Simple fruits for healthier life.

Alright, I know not everyone enjoys discussing fruits, but I believe it's a good place to start. Personally, I love indulging in various types of fruits without any hesitation. I even enjoy eating watermelon with rice, which some may find unusual. However, that's just how much I adore these delicious treats.

Fruits contain a lot of nutrients, such as vitamins, fiber, minerals, and more. However, it's important to note that consuming excessive amounts of fruit is also not advisable.

Let me give you five fruit samples for your daily life that would benefit you and your loved ones and are easy to find.

Of course, the first one I would say is Banana! Hahaha, it's everywhere.

1. Banana is a good choice for diet and digestion. I think many times it can satisfy your hunger without causing any stomach problems. Bananas contain fiber, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, and potassium. You could easily start your day with just a banana.

2. Oranges. Oranges are refreshing, with a mix of sourness and sweetness. You can't go wrong with them, especially on long tiring days when you need something fresh to recharge your energy. Oranges contain a lot of Vitamin C, which helps protect our immune system and is essential for humans.

3. Papaya. I have heard that some people don't like papaya. I'm not sure why, but some papayas do have specific smells and bitter tastes that might be off-putting for some. However, who would ever say no to Hawaiian papaya with yogurt on top? It's soooo delicious!!!

Papaya is excellent for the stomach, especially when you want to have an easy day in the bathroom. It's also very effective in reducing the risk of heart disease, cancer, or even stroke.

4. Watermelon. Yes, I can't skip mentioning this, especially after sharing my quirky habit of eating it with jasmine rice. Watermelon is incredibly flavorful, and if you eat too much, you'll find yourself peeing a lot, haha! Why? Because it increases the flow of urine, which is healthy for the kidneys.

Watermelon helps reduce blood pressure and lowers the risk of heart attacks. It's very rich in potassium and Vitamin B6.

5. Avocados. Oh my god, the avocado tree at my mom's house in Hawaii produces the best avocados I've ever had. They're so creamy, big, and beautifully green. They're so big that we have to put them in a basket and share them with the neighbors.

Avocado is very high in fats, which helps us feel full easily without eating lots of food. It contains Vitamins C, E, K, and B6, which help regulate blood sugar levels and support the immune system.

These five fruits are so easy to find and definitely good to have in the house. I'm sure all your kids and even adults would enjoy eating them at any time!
